Sniply does not collect, store, or retain any personal information or screenshots. All processing happens locally on your device.

2. OpenAI Processing

When you use AI analysis, screenshots are sent directly to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not intercept, store, or access this data. Review OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

3. Your API Key

If you use your own OpenAI API key, it is stored locally on your device. We never transmit or access your API key.

4. Microsoft Store

Subscriptions are managed through Microsoft Store. Review Microsoft's Privacy Policy for payment and subscription data handling.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify users of changes through the app.
