Sniply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or commercial purposes.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Microsoft Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Microsoft account settings.
If you choose to use your own OpenAI API key, you are solely responsible for all charges incurred with OpenAI. Sniply is not responsible for any costs associated with your API usage.
Free tier users are subject to daily usage limits. Subscription users have unlimited access to features.
You may not use Sniply for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
Sniply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
